My second diesel engine has a problem with the number 550.
- Fuel shortage.
- Air in the fuel system.
I can rule that out.
Wenn ich den Stecker vom Nadelhubgeber abziehe bleibt der Motor stehen. I have.
I read here in the forum that the engine continues to run with the NHG disconnected.
Possible causes:
Fuel injection start valve (N108) is defective.
Needle feed mechanism (G80) malfunction.
Fuel tank emptied.
Fuel supply not working correctly.
Fuel shortage.
Air in the fuel system.
Start of funding not in order.
Take a look at the injection start timing (target vs. actual), duty cycle, and injection start timing in the basic settings mode using VAG-COM; then you should be able to clearly see what the problem is.
Set the basic setting to MWB 004. If that doesn't work, it's probably the N108.

I diagnosed the damage in 5 minutes, while VW then expressed the same suspicion after 45 minutes (after having checked all the TV and navigation systems in a basic Polo... or at least attempted to ).
