Hello. I hope someone can help me. I converted my T4 (year 1992) to an AHY engine (year 1999), and supposedly everything came from the same vehicle. When reading the error codes from the MSTG (engine control module), it showed that the MSTG is locked. VW then tried to adapt the WFS (immobilizer control module), but they were unable to do so. I then ordered a new WFS with a new transponder and a new reading coil (just to be safe), but this time they couldn't program the key (VW workshop). I have now checked and measured all the wires from the WFS and MSTG again, but everything seems to be correct. This concerns the WFS 2, which is the W line. Do you have any ideas about this? Or is there a way to bypass the WFS? I would be happy to do so.
