Door Hinge Bolt Repair: Audi A4 Workshop Special (Solution)

Audi A4, lower door hinge mounting screw.

WAU... 8E. 1A 035 735 to WAU... 8E. 1A 051 575 8E2 0...


Cause:
In some Audi A4 vehicles, there is a possibility that the torque on the mounting screws of all four lower door hinges may decrease, which can lead to disturbing noises.


Procedure:
On all affected vehicles, the black, countersunk screw located at the bottom hinge of each of the four doors must be replaced with a countersunk screw without a countersunk head.
Parts per vehicle.
Black Torx screw, 4 x 8E0 837 453 A.
