Caddy interior lights

We are manufacturers of refrigerated vehicles and have recently encountered the following problem with new vehicles from Volkswagen Caddy:
The vehicles are delivered directly from the factory to us and are without a final inspection by Volkswagen, lack registration approval, and are not road-legal.
The interior lights, radio, and remote control are not working. The error memory does not show any errors.
We need to test the interior lights and central locking system after removal. Is there a way to activate the interior lights and central locking using VAG-COM, as it would be extremely time-consuming to take each vehicle to a Volkswagen dealership for testing.

It sounds like the transport mode is still active.

Since I don't have any experience with VAG-COM, I unfortunately can't say whether it's possible to disable it using this tool... but it's probably possible.

Yes, you can disable it with that.
As far as I remember, it's only included in newer versions.

Can someone help me figure out how to disable transport mode?
I've already searched everywhere, but I haven't found anything related to the transport mode.

It's relatively simple: just click the button and that's it.

Transport mode is disabled.
If you also regularly update your software, everything would work much better.
