No contact with MSG

Perhaps this is a simple question, or perhaps not.

I have recently been unable to establish a connection with the MSG (Modular Gateway System) using VAGCOM on a G4 1.4 vehicle; however, diagnostics with other control units work without any problems.
If the communication between the combined instrument and the message system is not working, shouldn't the WFS (Workflow System) also be affected?

By the way, the communication between the diagnostic device and the MSG function worked flawlessly until about two months ago.

Hello, have you made any modifications to the vehicle? Possibly a new radio has been installed?
