AGR Rate Guide: How to Calculate & Optimize

Hello,

I have a Fabia RS (BLT) that's experiencing the common issue of engine misfires due to the AGR system. I spoke with my workshop about adjusting the mass airflow sensor (MAF) target value. They contacted Skoda, but apparently, they are not familiar with either the misfire issue or any adjustments related to it. So, my question is: Does anyone have a Skoda or VW (Polo) instruction manual regarding this adaptation, or a contact person at Skoda? If so, I can provide it to my workshop.
