It is similar, depending on which base version is running on the VAS.

Yes, only the function numbers can differ.

My workshop can't figure out the VAG-COM manual. Does anyone know the steps regarding 5051 or 5052?

Then you should look for a different workshop, that's basically elementary workshop knowledge...

The problem is that the channels apparently don't fit.

While I don't know it, it sounds like EDC16 = different adjustment channels and adaptation of air mass is no longer possible.

The BLT should actually be an EDC15, similar to PD-TDI, but uses KWP-1281 as the diagnostic protocol, which the EDC16 does not support. Based on my experience, the adjustment channels and other components are as described in the above article and are known as such. Therefore, I recommend seeking a different workshop.

The mechanic had to ask his colleagues three times how to enter the login code, and then find the channel, and he was very proud that the adaptation had worked... icon_lol.gif
Well, at least the noise-making light is now off. icon_wink.gif

Can someone now say whether the adjustment of the air mass (AGR rate) can also be done via channel 3 with the VAG 5051/B icon_question.gif

yes. This depends not on the device, but on the control unit. ...because it's actually in channel 3 for all EDC15s...
I had already emailed.
