Loud roaring noise during acceleration (Solution)

There might be a leak in the intake system after the turbocharger, causing charge air to escape. In addition, the engine produces more soot due to the smaller amount of air available for combustion.
Leaks themselves are relatively easy to find because the crankcase ventilation system leads directly to the intake system: there will be engine oil at the leaking points.
