Engine Performance Drop at Specific RPM (13-06-2007, 0:37)

Ich bin neu hier und habe ein Problem bei meinem golf 3 TDI, 1Z. BJ 96. Das Problem tritt meistens im 4. und 5. Gang auf. Jedes mal, wenn ich bei diesen Gängen Leistung brauche, also Berg auf (da reicht schon minimale Steigung), dann bricht er mit der Leistung ein und ich werde kaum schneller. Das Irre daran ist, bis 2000 Umdrehungen zieht er ganz normal. Dann ab 2000 bricht er ein. Das bleibt dann so, bis ich über 2500 Umdrehungen komme. Ab da gibt er plötzlich wieder richtig feuer und hat wieder die gewohnte Leistung. Wenn ich allerdings auf einer ebenen Fläche fahre, dann bricht er nicht ein. Im Fehlerspeicher bringt er dann immer den Fehler: 00550 - Spritzbeginnregelung - 17-10 - Regeldifferenz - Sporadisch. Ich habe schon Dieselfilter getauscht, LMM neu rein, Unterdruckschläche geprüft, Ladedruckgestänge ist auch leichtgängig. Ich hab keine Ahnung was das noch sein soll. Ich hab auch schon eine Logfahrt gemacht bei der ich die Gruppen 3, 8 und 11 mitgeloggt. Da habe ich erst mal nix gesehen, außer dass beim Einbrechen die LM und der Ladedruck einbricht, aber das ist ja denk ich dann die logische Folgerung. Does anyone of you have an idea? I'm at the end of my rope .

Here's a little tip: The error memory will give you a clue as to where you should start looking!

Why are you logging the boost pressure curve when you're getting an error related to the fuel injection start timing?

My guess is that there's a problem with the injection start adjustment mechanism in the pump.

Remedy:
- Check the solenoid valve.
- Remove the pistons and inspect them for mechanical damage (scratches, debris, wear marks).
- Check the fuel supply for leaks (are there any air bubbles in the suction line?).
