Seat Leon 1M Remote Not Pairing?

I'm experiencing this issue with the vehicle mentioned above. The remote control is working fine and has been successfully paired with other Leon vehicles. However, the receiver (comfort control unit) only displays error messages indicating an incorrect remote control. The pairing process has been repeated multiple times.

I'm at a loss.

The Seat dealer also couldn't fix the problem and didn't know what to do either.

Maybe someone has an idea?

The remote control was only updated with a new battery. Can another remote control not be paired with the vehicle? Should the comfort control unit be reprogrammed?

Unfortunately, I don't have the part numbers handy, and the vehicle is back on the road for now!
