Hello everyone,
My 2018 Tiguan Allspace (VIN: 0603/BZP) is unfortunately starting to have some issues with its relatively low mileage of around 260,000 km.
For about a month now, there's been an issue where, out of 100 times, approximately 10 times the gear doesn't shift properly when going from "R" (reverse) to "D" (drive), for example, when pulling out of a parking space. The gear doesn't engage correctly, and if I press the accelerator, the car forcefully slams into the gear.
It usually worked by switching between the N and R keys multiple times until the D key finally registered.
"For the past two days, while driving normally on the highway at 120 km/h using cruise control, the car has started to jerk abruptly. It's a sudden drop in RPM for a second, then an increase in the next, so it's just stuttering. When I manually downshift using the Tiptronic, I still have the same problem, even when I shift back up. If I switch to 'N' while driving, it works fine. But if I switch to 'D', it might work, or the jerking continues."
The error memory is empty. There are no engine errors or transmission errors that were read out.
Does anyone have any ideas?

How often was the transmission oil and filter changed?
Am I correct in assuming that this is a dual-clutch transmission (DCT) with a wet clutch and a maintenance interval of 60,000 km?

"Tasks were always completed on time. It was also recently at Volkswagen, within the last 2 to 3 months, and the transmission oil was changed there. The exact transmission code is RPM."

Only the filter was replaced; no flushing was done.
