hello, I'm new here.
I have a problem. My 1.9 TDI has been producing a lot of smoke, especially in the upper and full load ranges, since I bought it.
VAG-COM available, logs can be created, but I don't know which one to choose.
LMM seems to be functioning correctly initially, as the performance is satisfactory.
As far as I know, the pressure was also okay at the time... it was around 0.7-0.8 bar max... so above atmospheric pressure. However, I will check again.
I have already shut down the AGR, removed the vacuum hose and sealed it. Of course, it could be that something is still stuck and causing it to return?!... But I don't want to remove it yet. I want to do a diagnosis with VAG-COM first.

MKB AJM

Best regards

Check out the technical articles on systematic troubleshooting with VAG-COM. Then create the logs listed there, and present them in the appropriate format here, and you will certainly be able to help me without much speculation.

Don't forget the additional vehicle specifications including chip/box specifications.

Everything else would be gazing into the crystal ball.

Greetings
Good

...and
Quote:
the pressure should ideally be between 0.7-0.8 bar max
, which is far too low for the AJM. Measurement block 11 indicates the target value and the actual value.

Hello, Rainer

@guste

sorry, maybe I'm just not smart enough, but I can't find one, or a suitable one. I've already found the technical articles, but nothing that could help me.
I would like to log everything we need tomorrow... but which measurement blocks should I use?

Hello, I have created the logs, which can be found at the following link.

/viewtopic.php?t=17004

I also performed an acceleration measurement.
-straight stretch of several kilometers
-No curves, mountains, or anything like that
-at 3rd gear, around 1200 1/min, log with MWB 5 and 6, full gas up to around 5000 1/min
-then engage the clutch and let it roll out to around 70.

Type Bora Variant 1.9 TDI Highline
-115 hp
-310 Nm
Vehicle weight: 1450 kg
Fuel with 15 kg
Rider weight: 70 kg
other with 20
