Hello everyone.
Yes, you can still read that clearly.
I had a similar display in my old Audi 80, which I used as a clock.
It was really great to read that during the day.
And at night, there was nothing to cause glare.
I was quite surprised by how much the bright lighting could interfere when I switched to the Octavia.
There, the side windows also reflected the cockpit lighting, and you constantly had light spots in the windshield.
Extremely irritating during long nighttime drives.
The situation is not nearly as bad with the Superb.
But I've also thought about it before.
In principle, every backlit LCD display should be able to be inverted.
However, the risk of screen damage is actually the same for all new devices, as the glass is usually glued in place.
It used to be simpler.
