GRA Activation Not Working? Troubleshooting Guide.

Hello, diesel fans,
I hope you can help me with my small problem. After much consideration, I installed a GRA switch module in my Galaxy TDI.
EZ 8/97, installed. Today, I wanted to have the GRA (German Road Tax) deactivated at the VW dealer. However, it seems they were unable to do so.
To access the '01 Engine Electronics' menu using the VAG 1551 tester.
Please give me some tips.

It's possible that Ford uses its own diagnostic system, which is different from the one used by VAG.
Why don't you ask 'die tun was' about the diagnosis?
