Crankshaft bolt torque specification ALH G4

Hello,

Does anyone happen to know the torque specification for tightening the crankshaft bolt on a VW Golf 4?

Volkswagen Golf 4, manufactured in 1999.
ALH engine, 90 horsepower.
is there still one with a VEP?

The screw is an M16x54 mm.

For the older engines, it was always 90 Nm and 90 degrees. (1Z AFN AHU)

I thought it was still there, but I'm not sure without a guide.

You're right about the old engines.
For the ALH (and for the ASV, for example), it is the torque of 120 Nm plus an angle of 90°.

10 years later...
On the 1.9-liter engines, with the transition to hulls without an intermediate shaft (ASV), and the ALH and PD models, the central bolt was changed from M14 to M16.

That's why the other torque value is different...

Because it's interesting...
Not only was the screw changed, but the diameter of the KW stub has also increased by 3 mm.
It's clearly visible on the bridge between the four M8 threads and the KW (shock absorber) mounting point.
