10Cent Tuning for 1Z Engine (Golf, manufactured 6/95, 90HP) ????

I've been following your discussions about this '10-cent tuning' for quite some time.
I don't have any idea how to do that...
Is there a detailed description available for the 1Z?
What components do I need?
Where do I need to insert something?
Does this 'tuning' have anything to do with the engine control unit (ECU)? I'd rather not get involved in that.

Regarding that: I have an O2 injection system, and it works great! From 90 horsepower to a measured 134.4 horsepower in 6 seconds!
