Hello.
Is there a way to disable the alarm system on a Golf R32?
The problem is that the boss's dog has to stay in the car while shopping, and the windows have to be left open a crack. As soon as the car is locked, the alarm system goes off. If the car is not locked, anyone can open the doors and let the dog out.
Is there no button in the Golf to disable the interior monitoring system?
Emergency: Recode the comfort control unit, e.g., like this:

Deactivating/Activating the interior monitoring system by pressing the central locking button (lock) twice (0 = off; 1 = on).
Unfortunately, it's not specified exactly which R32 model (4-door or 5-door) it refers to, but for the 4-door model, the button to disable the interior monitoring is located in the lower part of the B-pillar, as shown in the manual.
