Hello, T5, 40,000 km, 1.5 years old. Ambulance, frequently used.
The acrylic panel of the refrigerator is cracked in three places, approximately 2 cm long, from the outside. Information: Warranty is unlikely to apply!
Similarly, the driver's seat cover appears superficially as worn as those on T4 vehicles after 300,000 kilometers. There is no chance of success... there are pictures that look like this, and they are always rejected: icon_cry.gif
Is this state-of-the-art?

Do they reject the application for a residence permit at 1.5 years?
Hmmm, I'm not 100% sure if it's handled differently when it comes to RTWs (Rapid Transit Vehicles) and similar things.
'However, police vehicles (Passats) had specially modified upholstery because...'
Causing problems.

And cracks in the AI screen - are drivers using this thing to vent their anger?
What if blue light therapy doesn't work?

However, without further inquiry from WOB, I wouldn't accept that.

I also have a friend who's a craftsman. He has a T5 with roughly the same mileage (around 40,000 km) and age (about 1.5 years), and the driver's seat is also visibly worn. He was advised to get seat covers. It's a shame how they dismiss the issue like that... really.
