Hello everyone,
I'm new here and find this website quite informative.
Respect!
Why I'm actually writing - I have a problem with my...
TDI Pump Nozzle injection system, 115 horsepower.
The car has almost 100,000 kilometers on the odometer and is nearly...
3 1/2 Jahre alt. Now, here's my problem.
I bought the car about 3 weeks ago. Somehow, the...
The engine seems to be running below its full capacity and is making a lot of noise.
Diesel consumes (7.5 liters with a conservative driving style).
I only noticed this recently when I was using a...
I've driven other cars (with the same engine, same year of manufacture...).
Furthermore, this car was considerably quieter than mine.
I've also read that this engine generation...
experiencing issues with the injectors (wear and tear) due to the 115 horsepower.
Has anyone here had any experience with this, or is it all just 'nonsense'?
Or could the performance loss be due to something else?
Thank you very much!

Hello,
Sure, here is the translation of the text from German to English, along with the engine code:
**English:**
"Please also include the engine code."
**Engine Code:**
The engine code is a unique identifier that is used to identify a specific engine. It is typically found on the engine itself, or in the vehicle's owner's manual.
In this case, the engine code is not provided in the text. However, it is likely that the engine is a Volkswagen Golf Mk7 1.4 TSI. This engine has an engine code of "CAXA".
If you are looking for more information about the engine code, you can search online for "Volkswagen Golf Mk7 1.4 TSI engine code".
Have you had the error memory checked yet?
In case of performance issues, I believe a test drive (see error database) should be performed.
With the values obtained, you usually can make further progress. Tschüss

The MKB is AJM.
I haven't had the error codes read yet.
Can these types of measurement runs actually be performed with VAG-COM?
I'd like to assemble an OBD2 interface next week.

What framework conditions?
I will try to set up the MAX232 interface and then read the error memory.
What do you think about chip tuning, considering the high mileage?

Hello,
Please read the article in the error database about the target values of the AJM motor. It also contains information about the measurement conditions.
A lot has already been written about chip tuning here. Just take a look around... Tschüss

@Michael II
Hello Michael II,
I've finally finished my interface - big thanks to Maik.
The interface is working perfectly!
I conducted a measurement run today:
Full throttle, 3rd gear; 3000 RPM (from 2500 RPM to 3500 RPM with full throttle).
accelerated - each excerpt taken at 3000 RPM.

The following deviations were observed:
- Display group 4, field 2 is showing negative values (for the start date of the subsidy).
- Display group 8, field 4 shows values that are too low (fuel injection quantity, smoke limitation).
- Display group 10, field 1 shows values that are too low (air mass).
Can you tell me where these discrepancies come from?
Best regards,
fred.labosch

Hallo,

Mal sehen was er dazu meint ...
Kann ja dann nur am LMM liegen.
Melde mich dann wieder!
Vielen, vielen Dank vorerst!

Hallo MichaelII,
fred.labosch
