If the dataset is original and the reason for the "playing" (likely referring to unusual behavior or noise) is a blockage in the EGR pipe, then the cause of the error has likely been identified.
If the dataset is from me, please set the adaptation channels back to the default (32768)); any further changes would be unnecessary and counterproductive.
Nothing major is likely to happen in the short term. In the long term, a stuck VTG (variable turbine geometry) is possible due to excessive soot/overheating caused by a mechanical defect in the EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) valve. In the latter case, prolonged full-throttle operation should obviously be avoided.
