Good day to the tuning community.
I drive a Passat 3B, originally with the AFN engine, but it has been converted to the AWX engine.
My car's performance is starting to feel a bit underpowered; I'm looking for something with around 200 horsepower or more.
So, I was thinking about possibly installing a larger charger, something along the lines of...
GT2256V oder gar. GT2260V.
Since I've been thinking about the peak pressures involved, I wanted to ask...
"I'm wondering how I can reduce the compression on my AWX."
Are there any pistons available for that (engine/machine)? Or can you even make your own?
If I want to achieve approximately 240-250 horsepower, how low should I ideally lower the...?
Compression down?
Thank you in advance.

What does your tuner say about it?

I haven't really had a chance to talk to him about it yet.
They live a bit further away and don't really have the time for that right now.
But maybe you offer something like that?
Ah yes, the 216 nozzles have arrived.

I used to, but I'm in the same situation as him: I simply don't have the time for that kind of thing, and it's totally unprofitable to produce it in such small quantities.
Best regards, Rainer.

Hmmm....
Can you tell me what the compression ratio needs to be for 240-250 horsepower?
Using a 3-hole ZKD (presumably a type of connector) or stacking two of them on top of each other is a rather crude and unprofessional solution.
You understood correctly.
Are there any other ways to reduce the load on the engine?
