Can you make anything out of that? 003, 008, 011

Hi, I have the feeling that my Audi A4 1.9 TDI (131 hp stock, 168 hp tuned) isn't pulling as well as it should.

I had the diagnostic data read out yesterday.
Can you identify anything based on this information? (AGR, boost pressure)

Perhaps you could provide me with some comparable figures for acceleration times, specifically from 60 to 100 and from 100 to 140?
