Can I measure compression with VCDS?

Hi, can you measure the cylinder compression with VCDS? According to this thread, it should be possible.

Can anyone tell me how to do this with VCDS?

Not at all

There are no cylinder pressure sensors that can be queried, and the sampling rate per diagnosis is too low to provide a meaningful evaluation of the battery voltage/current through the starter.
