2.0 TDI differential pressure sensor G450 faulty (Solved)

Just now, the engine warning light came on, but there's no sign of a limp mode. After that, I used VCDS to read the error codes from the engine control unit, and it indicated that the differential pressure sensor is providing an implausible signal.

Indeed, specifically a negative pressure difference of -25 mbar when idling.

Is there another source besides "Freundlich" that offers the differential pressure sensor 03G906051A at a reasonable price?

They just ripped out my old pacemaker and installed a new one.
Meanwhile, the product is now called 076906051A.

The part number 03G906051A was later renamed to 076906051A: "obsolete, replacement..."

Currently, the Golf, Passat BMR, and BMP models all use the part number 03G906051A.

Yep, each of the connecting tubes ends beneath one of the sensors.

The new G450 differential pressure sensor can then be programmed using VCDS:

- Ignition ON, engine OFF.
- VCDS -> 01 - Engine -> Coding II - 11
Enter the login code from the VCDS tooltip (adjustment for exhaust pressure sensor 1 - G450).
- Ignition OFF.

This process resets the learning values for the new differential pressure sensor.
