(Year 2000) I bought it a few months ago and thought I had bought something "good," but since then I've only had problems! I'm seriously considering selling it again!

For a few days now, the oil pressure warning light has been coming on repeatedly, even though there is enough oil. Then I stop the car, and the next day everything is okay again!

Hello Soto, I had the same problem with my A4 2.5 TDI.
After I replaced the oil pressure switch and sensor, the oil pressure indicator still lit up.
It keeps coming back on. There's a ground point located in the engine compartment, on the front left side, underneath the headlight. It's a bit difficult to reach.
Clean the contacts and cable terminals (which may be oxidized). In my case, a ground cable was even broken, which I replaced. And don't be stingy with contact cleaner. I haven't had any problems since then (about 2000 km).
