Clutch pedal too low, difficulty shifting gears (the clutch pedal is positioned too low and the disengagement travel is too short, resulting in gear changes that are difficult and accompanied by slight grinding noises).
Up to chassis number 70Y H 003 429.
Cause:
The clutch pedal is positioned too low, which results in the clutch disengagement travel being too short.
Solution:
Loosen the set screws on the actuator cylinder at the bearing bracket, position the actuator cylinder within the elongated holes of the bearing bracket until it reaches the upper stop, and then tighten the set screws to a torque of 20 Nm.
Please note that the connecting cylinder for the clutch pedal should not be in contact with the switch plate. The distance between the clutch pedal and the brake pedal should not exceed 10 mm. Tschüss
