It's good to know that something like this still exists.
What exactly do you want to do with the ABS? Why are you performing a valve actuator test? Is there a defect, or is it purely preventative maintenance?
I retrofitted an ABS/EDS system (yes, some people are crazy enough to do that!), so I installed a well-maintained ABS/EDS module.
(ABS/EDS module €100 + two brake lines at €10 each + one cable €2 + 5 hours of work at home, and that's it.)
Since the brakes are the most important safety feature in a car, I simply want to test everything thoroughly as a precaution.
I'm hoping for slightly better performance when starting uphill in snowy conditions (I have to drive up a 12% incline immediately after leaving my garage).
I am fully aware that the EDS cannot perform miracles, but having ONE wheel spinning on the road is almost embarrassing

During thorough testing, I also discovered that something is not working correctly within the vacuum system.
With the engine running (idle) and the accelerator pedal fully depressed, you can slowly (!) press the brake pedal further. In normal use, you won't notice anything.
Probably, this error was already present before (i.e., only with ABS). In my opinion, it has nothing to do with the used ABS/EDS block.
When the engine is stationary (with the ignition on or off), the pedal doesn't move at all.
That's why I suspect the vacuum circuit.
Is there a likely culprit here (before I check everything), such as hoses or a vacuum pump?
I will 'borrow' my vacuum gauge again tomorrow and start searching.
