Login Regeneration: Is It Malicious?

Assuming you know you're on the right track and the filter is full.

Is it "okay" to perform a regeneration process via login?
Or perhaps it's better to just leave it alone.

My dog was bothering me recently with his attempts to mark every corner in the city. And then, when I took him for an extra walk in the evening, he refused to start. I ended up forcing him.

I think that if you know the prerequisites, it's not a mistake to manually start the registration process via diagnosis.
