Negligence in wheel alignment?

I had to replace my tie rod ends and then had a wheel alignment performed at 'Reifen HELM'.

When I picked up my VW Passat 3B2, I was given a measurement report, which can be viewed here:

Now I've noticed that most of the angle values are not within the tolerance ranges specified in the protocol.

Did the workshop cut corners on this? It seems that, according to the measurements, only the alignment was adjusted.


Does anyone have any knowledge and can help me? I need to be sure so that I can confidently go there.

As someone who used to modify Volkswagen Golf 2 cars, I've often been involved in vehicle inspections.
There are differences between the dealers.
1. Everything is charged separately; for example, measuring costs extra, adjusting the alignment costs extra, and correcting the camber costs extra.
2. a price for surveying and adjustment.

I always go to the workshop where everything is a bargain.
Most of the time, nothing is done to the suspension if it falls within the acceptable range.
'But I always complained, so they adjusted everything each time until the values were in the middle of the tolerance range and also perfectly balanced between the left and right sides.'
It seems like only the alignment was adjusted for you, and nothing else.
Okay, so if your workshop includes everything in one price and adjusting the alignment doesn't cost extra, then go back there and have them readjust everything.

Which values are outside the range?
The toe-in is not adjustable, and I'm unsure about the alignment on the Passat in case of a collision (it doesn't change anyway when you replace the tie rods).
The measured values for the track are exactly within the tolerance range, at 0°01'.

The mechanic told me that during the wheel alignment I paid for, they adjust the toe and camber of the front wheels.

If I interpret the protocol correctly, the values for the drop height are outside the tolerance range. Then I will probably have to follow up on that again!

What exactly is this so-called 'overshoot'? What are the consequences of the values not being within tolerance, and how does it occur?
