I'm having a problem with my Audi A6 2.7 TDI.
The car has no power, and the error message in the diagnostic system indicates that the particulate filter is overloaded.

0.59 Oil ash volume.
55.0 Loading Russian - mass value.
19.0 Loading Russian - mass value.
2550 km distance since last regeneration.

The fuel gauge was broken, I don't know if that affected the regeneration process, but it's working properly now.

After that, I wanted to initiate the regeneration process, but the problem is that it stops during the heating phase. It only reaches a temperature of approximately 220-250°C, and that's why it stops. When I measure the temperature in front of the DPF with an infrared thermometer, I also only get about 150°C, so I think the temperature sensor in front of the DPF is also likely not providing incorrect values. I also turned on all consumers, and briefly short-circuited the fan. He's tried three times, and each time he hasn't been able to regenerate his health.

The car has 330,000 km on it. Is replacing it the only option, or are there other solutions?

Hello,

Are the values from the differential pressure sensor plausible?

So, if the DPF has never been cleaned or replaced, it should be removed. icon_wink.gif

I'm getting approximately 13 mbar of vacuum in idle mode.

I replaced the differential pressure sensor before starting the regeneration process.

Most likely, the DPF is so clogged that it's no longer allowing enough airflow for proper heating. I once had a similar issue with an engine where the intercooler piping was leaking. As a result, the DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) became so clogged after just a few kilometers that the engine stalled at idle.
During the regeneration process, only approximately 360°C was reached before the DPF, which is too low to ignite the soot.

Expand/open, and try to blow out/wash out the soot or clear the pipe, and then switch the breaker in the electrical panel.

Has the DPF ever been cleaned or replaced, or not?

I'm just passing through.
I will either verschandeln or replace the DPF.

I installed a new DPF today, and now it's working again.
