Four-valve technology in a V10 TDI engine?

Do the V10 TDI PD engines actually have four-valve technology and centrally located common rail injectors (PDE), or do they still use the older system where the PDE wears away the aluminum of the cylinder head? It's difficult to find more detailed technical data about these engines; everywhere you look, people are just boasting about power and torque figures .
