Hello everyone,
I installed a new chip for the loader truck this weekend. It took some...
More boost pressure, previously about 1.05 bar and now about 1.1 bar.

I also adjusted the quantity setting mechanism by more than 0.1mm, but the engine hardly produces any black smoke at full load.

Only when accelerating suddenly does a small puff of black smoke come out.
Since the injection duration has become slightly longer, I've adjusted the start of injection a bit earlier, but not too much, I think. And I'm using a 30nf capacitor! I hope that's not too much.

Residence times: 2000-4000 U/min. Previously, approximately 6.6 seconds. With the new chip, approximately 6.2-6.3 seconds.

I could probably add a bit more fuel injection, but I'm a little concerned that the injection duration might become too long, even though I've already done a lot.

Engine 1Z.
