Driver installation problems on Asus notebook with USB 3.0

The software and driver install normally. However, when I plug in the interface, I get a constant tone and a blue screen (the computer crashes). I've also tried installing the driver manually, and the driver does install. But the same problem keeps happening. Constant humming sound from the laptop and a blue screen.
Here's the translation:

"Regarding the laptop: Asus U36S, Intel Core i5 2410M processor, 2.3GHz, 8GB of RAM, 64-bit operating system with Windows 7."
The interface works without any problems on all other computers. Unfortunately, the batteries in the other computers are dead, so I absolutely have to use this laptop.
Does anyone else experience this problem, or does anyone have a suggestion for a solution?

EDIT: Please, first...
- Perform a BIOS update on the computer.
- Visit Windows Update.
- If any custom drivers from CDs provided by the laptop manufacturer for the chipset, etc., are installed, please check for updates there.

Before updating the BIOS, I would first update the ASUS USB driver (according to ASUS, it's different for the U36SD and U36SG models). I would only recommend using a Windows-based flash utility like the one from ASUS for BIOS upgrades in emergency situations, as some laptops have become unusable afterward. The fact that the system is not particularly stable is already demonstrated by the crash with the VCDS interface.
Unfortunately, ASUS doesn't provide any information about the release dates of individual drivers or their history.

There is a specific driver available for the "problematic" USB 3.0 chipset.
So far, I've encountered fewer people with this specific problem than I have fingers on one hand. Therefore, this specific driver should not be included in the regular release, as it could, in turn, cause problems on other computers.

Please check first if there is a driver update available for your USB chipset (mainboard manufacturer, chipset manufacturer) and install it. See
At least driver version 3.5.36.0 for the Fresco Logic FL1000 should be installed!

The following procedure (workaround) offers an alternative way to achieve the desired result:
- Install VCDS-RKS version 11.11.3, and do NOT leave the diagnostic cable connected to the computer.
- Plug the diagnostic system into a USB 2.0 port.
- In the Control Panel, under "Programs and Features" (or "Software"), uninstall the Ross-Tech driver package.
- Install the "special" device driver. You will receive a private message with instructions on how to do so. Customers can request these from us herehttp://www.asus.com/.

Please first test and post the exact USB chipset being used, along with the driver version.
