Complete exterior disassembly of a 2009 Volkswagen Scirocco, including mirrors.

Hello everyone.

I had a small accident in the garage. The mirror no longer returns to its original position. It rotates very easily in one direction. I completely disassembled the entire mirror from the outside! So, I took off the glass and the housing. It wasn't a problem. It still depends on the smallest details now.
I can only access the motor for the folding mechanism once the pivot point has been removed.
That's the reason. The cables come from a kind of metal sleeve into the mirror at the pivot point. How can I disassemble the pivot point?
