Audi A4: Cleaned DPF & New Engine - For Sale

Beim Audi A4 Motor BPW ist der Partikelfilter durch eine Fachfirma gereinigt worden. Beim einbauen konnte dann noch ein kapitaler Motorschaden festgestellt werden. Also einen gebrauchten Motor eingebaut und den gereinigten Partikelfilter eingebaut. Die Aschemasse hat der Kollege mit einen Bosch Tester auf "neuer Filter" eingestellt. Daraufhin kam es nach ein paar Metern sofort zu einer Fehlermeldung. Ich habe dann mit VCDS die Aschemasse ausgelesen. Stand auf 4, Fehlermeldung war Drucksensor für Abgas (G450) P0471 - 000 unplausibles Signal. Zur Sicherheit wurde der Geber schon erneuert. Ich habe den Fehler gelöscht und den Geber neu angelernt und die Aschemasse auf 8 gesetzt. Das Reinigungsprotokoll war leider nicht mehr vorhanden. Jetzt tritt der Fehler nicht mehr auf, aber der Audi macht alle 30 Kilometer eine Reinigung des Partikelfilters. Sure, I'd be happy to help.
