ESP Control Unit Coding - Golf 4 4motion TDI (AJM)

Hello!

I have installed a Mk60 ESP in my Golf 4 TDI 4motion (MKB: AJM, manufactured in 08/2000), but it is currently always displaying the error "ECU incorrectly coded".

The background is that the originally installed Mk20 ESP was replaced with an Mk60 ESP. The G419 was installed, the 4motion coding bridge was plugged in, and the sensors were calibrated. The wiring is currently correct. The current coding is 23049; this is initially also accepted as correct after login (coding II). Once I, however, terminate the connection via VCDS, the KI beeps, and when the braking electronics are immediately read out, the incorrect coding is displayed again.

The encoding results are essentially the sum of the displayed values of the help – however, I never get to 23049 and, furthermore, the calculated values are not accepted (error field 31 or something similar).

Do I need to recalculate the coding values differently for the ESP control unit? Or am I overlooking something in my troubleshooting? The vehicle is currently unregistered and is intended for long-term use as a ring tool or similar.

1C0 907 379 M wäre evtl. erfolgversprechender gewesen da mit diversen 1.9l TDIs verbaut.

Mache ich irgendeinen Rechenfehler oder warum komme ich anhand der vorgeschlagenen Summanden in VCDS nicht auf 23046 respektive 23049? Im Grunde fehlen immer 4093 bzw. 4096.

Welche Bremse hast Du? FS3 oder FN3?

Ausgehend von der 2FN 42 fahre ich aktuell Brembo ZR18 an den 334er Scheiben. Das passt auch mechanisch; Bremsdruck in den Messwertblöcken zum G201 ist auch unauffällig.

Kurzes Feedback:

Das Golf 4 .:R32 ESP-Steuergerät lässt über die hardwaremäßigen Codierbrücken 2 Codierungs-Varianten zu; einmal für den MKB BFH und einmal für den Rest. Bei mir war zunächst der "Rest" hardwaremäßig codiert. Nach Umstecken der Codierbrücke auf MKB BFH wurde immer noch über VCDS "Steuergerät falsch codiert" gemeldet. Durch einen dummen Zufall habe ich dann einen Kabelbruch in der Codierbrücke festgestellt Nachdem dieser Fehler behoben war, liess sich das .:R32 ESP auch im Golf 4 4motion TDI regulär per VCDS codieren und betreiben.

Danke noch mal an alle, die mir weiter geholfen haben!
