Please also check the measurement block 11 from the engine control unit to see what the boost pressure setpoint and actual value do at full throttle.

The T5 also has these quick-release fasteners on the intercooler pipes; check the clearance there.
It's not that they detach from the mating parts under heavy load.

Please also check this. Remove the exhaust pipe after the DPF and check the filter at the outlet.
