Idle Speed Control Valve 38mm

Hello everyone!
I read the idle speed control data from my T4 today.
Result:
Cylinder, size 0.75.
-0.28
3. 1.86
4. 0.02
-0.85
The compression values are the same except for one cylinder, which has a reading of 0.5 bar (approximately 29 bar when cold). The injectors have been recently rebuilt by Diesel Service using Bosch components.
The engine is running somewhat unevenly. The bus speed is approximately 2000 RPM and noticeable.
All filters are new. (It might not be related, but...) The mass airflow sensor is also new. The fuel pressure is dynamically adjusted. The valve timing is perfect. The camshaft looks great...
"You can't really hear anything about the hydraulic lifters. There's absolutely no noise during operation..."
Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi there,
The value of injector #3 is not good. If it's not the injector with the needle lift adjuster, swap it with one from another cylinder and see if the problem moves along with it.

I would also like to swap the injectors from cylinder 1 and 3. It's possible to do, as the injector code (NHG) is either 4 or 5 depending on the engine type.
