Advanced MFA: Secure Authentication Solution

Hi,
I have a few questions about the product.
I've been looking for something like this for a while now, because my car doesn't have a coolant temperature gauge or an oil temperature gauge.
I'm just going to ask
- Is this part/software compatible with a Seat Ibiza 6J FR with engine code CFHD?
-Why is a modification to a vehicle's lighting system relevant to the TÜV (German technical inspection authority) and not approved for use on public roads?
-Does this device need to be permanently plugged into the OBD port, or is the software only transferred once?

It's a great product, but it requires proper support for each model. Unfortunately, only the following models are compatible with PolarFIS Advanced MFA:
- Audi A3, S3, and RS3 (all models with chassis type 8P, see VIN) with multifunction steering wheel.
- Golf 5 (Type 1K) with and without multifunction steering wheel.
- Golf 6 (Type 5K) with and without multifunction steering wheel.
- Caddy (Type 2K) with and without multifunction steering wheel.
- Golf Tiguan (Type 5N) with and without multifunction steering wheel.
- Golf Touran (Type 1T) with and without multifunction steering wheel.
- Golf EOS (Type 1F) with and without multifunction steering wheel.
- Passat and Passat CC (type 3C, 35 and 35) with and without multifunction steering wheel.
- Scirocco (Type 13) with and without multifunction steering wheel.
- Sharan (Type 7N) with and without multifunction steering wheel.

The installation is relatively simple; it's plugged into the CAN gateway in the vehicle, and all CAN messages within the vehicle then pass through it. The function works by listening for specific messages on the CAN bus (e.g., boost pressure, etc.) and generating corresponding messages to be displayed on the MFA (Multi-Function Display).

It has nothing to do with the OBD2 port, but is instead integrated directly into the vehicle's electronics at the CAN gateway.

PS: Could you please provide a vehicle scan? I would then forward it to the developers, and it's possible that some of the ECUs (Electronic Control Units) installed are the same or similar to those found in the vehicles mentioned above, which would also mean the CAN (Controller Area Network) messages are likely to be similar or identical.

On the other hand, a few seats are also listed.
However, not mine.
- Seat Toledo (5P) from model year 2012 onwards.
- Seat Alhambra (7N) / Altea (5P), also XL / Freetrack.
- Seat Leon / Cupra R (1P), including facelift models.

On the same page, it also states that it is not suitable for Golf 7 models or Polo models, including the Polo WRC.
I assume the compatibility depends on the instrument cluster, not the engine control unit.

"It's a mixed bag; while it might be possible to display something in the MFA (Multifunction Display), it's useless if the values aren't coming from the expected CAN IDs, such as those from the engine control unit or other control units. Of course, it would be much easier to support each specific model."

So it appears that it also works on the following Seat models:
- Toledo (Type 5P) from model year 2012, with and without multifunction steering wheel.
- Alhambra (Type 7N) with and without multifunction steering wheel.
- Altea (type 5P) with and without multifunction steering wheel.
- Leon (Type 1P) with and without multifunction steering wheel.

It's worth noting that some Seat vehicles do not have an oil temperature sensor in the oil pan, which means that the oil temperature cannot be displayed.

Regarding the oil temperature, that wouldn't be a problem for me, as I can read that data.
It would be great if you could get the developer to adapt this product for the Ibiza 6J FR 2.0 TDI.
