Audi - Radio and Sound System Issues

In my new RS Q3 with MMI plus and Bose sound system, I have sporadic errors in the radio and sound system when reading the fault codes using VCDS.

Normally, this wouldn't happen. Can anyone of you understand this or recognize this error? Before I go to the car dealership, I wanted to get some opinions here.

Hallo,

meine Vermutung: Z.B. eine Freisprecheinrichtung o.ä. welche vom Soundsystem erwartet wird sendet keine oder eine andere CAN-Nachricht, z.B. aufgrund falscher Codierung oder Kabelproblemen (CAN/Stromversorgung)?
Oder es ist ein simpler Bug, welcher im alltäglichen Betrieb keine Auswirkungen hat.

Im alltäglichen Betrieb merke ich nichts davon. Das MMI zickt zwar öfters mit der "Audi MMI connect" App auf meinem Android-Smartphone - keine Verbindung, obwohl WLAN-Verbindung zwischen beiden besteht, auch laut App - aber ansonsten funktioniert alles.

Die Freisprecheinrichtung ist die werksseitig verbaute von Audi.
