Audi Radio & Sound System Problems: Troubleshooting

This is probably not normal. Does anyone here have any experience with this or know about this error? Before I take it to a mechanic, I wanted to ask for opinions here.

My assumption is that a hands-free device or similar component, which is expected to communicate with the sound system, is not sending any messages or is sending incorrect messages via CAN bus, possibly due to incorrect coding or cable problems (related to CAN communication or power supply).
Or it could be a simple bug that has no impact in normal operation.

In everyday use, I don't notice any of these issues. The MMI sometimes has problems connecting to the "Audi MMI connect" app on my Android smartphone – it shows no connection even though both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, according to the app – but otherwise, everything works fine.

The hands-free system is the one that was factory-installed by Audi.
