Hi Erik,
so, so, I was at the workshop, and my mass airflow sensor (MAF) was showing very high values, so it was replaced, but it didn't fix anything.
It took me too long to fix everything, so I ended up taking it home. The problem was a faulty pressure sensor in the intake manifold.
but it was deleted, a test drive was done, and it never reappeared.
What should I do?
Too high values? Are you sure about that? And вообще?!?
I want to clean my turbo. How do I do it, and do I need to adjust anything afterward ?
Clean? With water and soap, or something? What's the point? Where would the dirt be? The only reason I can think of would be a stuck VTG. You can find a lot of information about that through a search.
My car also produces soot starting from 2000.
I experience a slight shaking or vibration between 1700 and 2000 RPM, but only when the engine is under full load.
I want to start doing something about it tomorrow, please help me quickly.
I'm going crazy.
best regards, erik
or what else could be the reason?
I have a chip inside.
Just try describing your problem in more detail. No one can do anything with these fragments.
Furthermore, in a post dated April 23, 2003, you mention that you have a Quick-Chip installed. At that time, your troubled AFN was already experiencing misfires (according to the post). Changing the chip tuner certainly won't solve these kinds of problems.
If you want to understand the whole thing (as you mentioned in a previous post), then remove the §%$%§/ chip and start troubleshooting with VAG-COM, data logging, and a keen eye on the track.
Best, Andy.
