Inspection service reset for Tiguan 2016 with VCDS

Hello everyone,

I have a problem. I can't reset the service interval on my father's 2016 VW Tiguan 2.0 Tdi.

The car is a new car and the mentioned message appeared after the first 15,000 km.

I have tried resetting it via the automatic service reset, but also via the 17 control unit (instrument cluster), adaptation (10). Neither of these worked.

What else can I try? I currently have no plan and haven't found anything suitable online.
