Fuel Injector 0434250071 - Buy Now!

Hello,
I am looking for a replacement fuel injector for my Piaggio Ape three-wheeled cargo vehicle, which has a Lombardini diesel engine with a displacement of 442 ccm (LDA442).
It's a dispensing nozzle, and some types are available for as little as 7 euros.
The injector alone is supposed to cost over 80 euros at the Bosch service center.
The complete nozzle block has the part number KBE58S4/4 and an opening pressure of 150 bar.
The nozzle designation is DN0SD216.
Bosch part number: 0 434 250 071.
DELPHI 5641080.
Does anyone know of a cheaper, suitable replacement part?
