Hi,
VCDS changes the column labels just like I change my underwear. In your log, you completely omitted the unit for time (seconds) and instead inserted a useless space before "km/h". When you connect a different car, the log might look different again.
At some point, I got tired of dealing with that, so I programmed my own data acquisition system (KOBD2Check), which eliminates all that unnecessary fiddling.

It works across different manufacturers via OBD2, with a reasonable sampling rate for the measured values, and without pseudo-random column names in the log. It offers better temporal resolution and therefore a more accurate performance curve. In short: no headaches and no fiddling.
For the "Skoda Octavia RS Combi 2.0 TDI (184 hp)", I found a curb weight of 1487 kg online and simply added 100 kg for the driver and fuel. Of course, the actual weight should be entered in KPower during the measurement.
Result see attached files...
Best regards, Rainer.
