I have a Golf 7 manufactured in 2015, and when I had the diagnostic codes read, it showed a faulty air quality sensor.
I bought a new one and installed it briefly.
Unfortunately, the error is still there...
You can't find anything about the Golf 7 on Google, but you can find information about other VW models.
There, I read that the problem could also be caused by a faulty fuse, which is why the radiator fan would also run continuously in case of a defect.
I can't test the running functionality right now because it's constantly running. I also checked the fuses, but I didn't find anything that matches the description.
Could this also be related to a fuse issue in a Golf 7, or what else could be the reason why the new sensor isn't working either?
I don't want to go to VW; they'll probably just replace the entire Climatronic control unit.
Thank you in advance for your tips.
Best regards,
Fredy.
