AGR Valve Replacement Problems

Hello.

On our Polo 1.6 TDI CAYC, manufactured in 2009 and with approximately 75,000 km, the AGR valve and cooler were replaced under warranty.

"Now and then, there's an issue where the engine seems to hesitate or 'stutter' when starting, lasting for about 10-12 seconds. The problem is not reproducible, and the error memory is clear."
The car dealership couldn't find anything wrong, and the error didn't occur during the test drive.
On Friday, he went down the hill, and while the engine was turning over, it wouldn't start, as if it wasn't getting any diesel.
I rolled down a small hill where there was some cobblestone, positioning the car so that the ADAC (German roadside assistance) could pick it up more easily. The front of the car was then facing uphill. I don't know if the fuel pump was running.
Didn't pay attention to it. (Now you can hear it briefly when you turn on the ignition.)

After that, it started up again.

You had to crank the engine for a while, but you could tell that it was about to start.

The diesel filter was replaced by the company Mahle in early 2014, at approximately 54,000 km.

"The fuel injectors were also replaced last year, but according to Volkswagen, the settings are correct."

Has anyone had any tips or suggestions already?

That would be a good starting point. Depending on the quality of the diesel, such a filter can sometimes fail after only 10,000 km .

The pump in the tank should refill the filter after 5-6 ignition attempts, or should I refill it with extra diesel?

Do only budget-oriented providers like BfT and Jet offer diesel fuel?

Mahle or Mann-Hummel... so far, I've had very few problems.

Ich meine mich erinnern zu können, dass manche Filtergehäuse eine Entlüftungsschraube haben. Die kannst du aufmachen bis die Elektropumpe Diesel herausfördert. Danlog in and start.

It's possible that it will start again later, but it might take a while to get it going.
Similarly, a fault in the engine control unit (ECU) can be stored, causing the MIL (Malfunction Indicator Lamp) to illuminate.
