AHK Retrofit Programming: Guide & Tutorial

Hello, I'm having a problem with the retrofit installation.

I have a Skoda Superb 3V, manufactured in MJ2018, and I retrofitted the original tow hitch.
Since the control unit was installed, the car has been throwing various error codes.

ACC is not working, for example, because it indicates that the control unit is incorrectly programmed (which is actually true).

Then I tried to program according to that guide.

However, I was only able to specify the new control unit in the gateway, which worked (and since then, the error has disappeared, as the new control unit is now recognized).

However, in all the other control units mentioned above, VCDS did not offer an option to configure a trailer hitch. So, I guess I'll have to do it the old-fashioned way, by manually coding it in binary.
Now, of course, I don't know how many bits I'm allowed to add or subtract in which control unit.
I found something here for an A4 from 2015 where it was installed in the ACC for trailer hitch (AHK) and +8 for not installed. Does that also apply to the Superb? Then I would only have to subtract 7 bits, but I'm not brave enough to try that *g*.

And what about the bits for engine control, parking distance control, ABS/stability control, and the vehicle's electrical system?

Here's the scan. I'm not concerned about the other errors for now; they're not related to the AHK. The errors specifically related to the AHK are only in the engine control unit and the ACC/distance control system.

Then, I would first check if the error messages from the trailer control unit can be cleared.

I only installed and programmed the AHK script on the gateway.
The rest is, of course, still in its original condition.

The wiring shouldn't be wrong, as the car comes with the preparation from the factory, and everything is already pre-wired with connectors. So it's basically plug and play.

The error message "trailer hitch not locked" is correct because I haven't plugged in the connector yet (otherwise, I would have to first put the trailer hitch in the trunk and then connect it).
I wanted to program everything first and see if it runs without any problems, and then add the AHK (AutoHotkey) functionality on top of it.
The engine control unit and the vehicle's electrical system immediately throw the error code again after it's been cleared (which is understandable, since they haven't been programmed yet).

However, I haven't installed any AHK (trailer hitch) options in either of the control units, and I don't know how many bits I'm supposed to subtract or add.
