VCDS ROD Data Missing Skoda Superb 3

Good morning

I tried out my new Hex V2 for the first time yesterday. It's on my Skoda Superb 2.0 TSI 3V. I couldn't access many things. There were repeatedly ASAM/ODX data errors.
ASAM ID: EV_DRCONTITEMIC 001019, VIN: TMBLE9NP5J7532667-SK48
ASAM ID: EV_DashBoardVDDMQBAB 009060, VIN:TMBLE9NP5J7532667-SK48

Unfortunately, I was unable to find any precise information about it. Do I possibly have the wrong setting in my VCDS, or is it due to the software?
