Hello,
I own the second Citroën C8 diesel. The first one had the above-mentioned control unit installed for the standard-fitted auxiliary heater.
When I switched it over, I removed the control unit with the timer. I made a note of the wire colors.
Now I'm not sure which cable goes where. I can figure out the power consumption, but I'm having trouble with the connection and branching off from the cable harness.
Which cable connects to the fan, and which connects to the diesel pump?
The traffic light was red in the past, now it's yellow.
I'm afraid that the others have changed sides as well.
My Webasto dealer in Oldenburg referred me to the manufacturer, who, however, refuses to provide assistance to private individuals.
I received a circuit diagram, but I can't understand it.
Now, my control unit is no longer available, only versions with CAN bus are offered.
Can someone please help me? How can I obtain the wiring diagram for my car?
I hope I can find further assistance when I need to connect it.
I thank you in advance.
Günter.
I now have the C8.

Hello.
I'm mainly trying to figure out which cable goes to which component.
Diesel pump on? Fan on? Which wire connects to the positive terminal?
Who connected this control system?
I also need to figure out which cable in my existing wiring harness needs to be cut.
Does anyone have the wiring diagram for my Citroen?
Thank you for your help.
Günter.

Hello Günter,
I think you'll have more luck finding wiring diagrams for your car in a Citroen forum.
There's a Russian website with workshop information for various brands; you might find something useful there. Edit: I just checked, and unfortunately, it only has information for Peugeot.
Best regards, Rainer.
